Since 2003 EMVATIS’s construction activity has mainly focused on buildings, where the company has the financial responsibility and commitment to conclude the construction works and deliver the building according to its contractual obligations. Another Service that the company provides to clients is Construction Project Management. In light of this, the company undertakes the responsibility to co-ordinate, to supervise as well as to manage and administrate the whole construction project on behalf of its clients.

• Agreements and transactions with contractor(s) on behalf of the client (admeasurements, surveys, certification of works)
• Financial Management of the project
• Supervision of Construction Works – Quality Control
• Delivery of the Project ready for operation to the user

2. Construction of Project

• Financial Management of the Construction
• Implementation of the Construction Works with the company’s responsibility and recourses on-site
• Delivery – Operational Validation of Project (provisional and permanent work acceptance, guarantee of the functionality of the work for the interim period)
