Subsidiary Company

EMVATIS ROM ARCHITECTS & ENGINEERS SRL is a wholly owned subsidiary company of EMVATIS SA, in Bucharest, Romania. The company enlisted at the local commercial registries in 2009 and since then operates as a legal entity.

EMVATIS ROM has the same line of business as the parent company, that is, design and construction of technical and infrastructure projects. Since 2009 has successfully implemented several commercial design and construction projects throughout the Romanian territory as well as in neighboring countries (Slovenia and Bulgaria)

The management of EMVATIS ROM is implemented by the parent company. The company’s Administrator is the CEO of the parent company.
